Terms of Service

Acquiro is offered as a private beta. That means features may change, break, or be removed without notice, data models may evolve, and the Service may be unavailable at times while we ship improvements. Access is granted at our discretion and can be paused or revoked, particularly if the Service is being abused.

Acquiro is a product operated by Acquiro Labs. “We”, “us”, and “our” in these terms mean Acquiro Labs.

You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information when signing up and let us know if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acquiro generates asset plans, recommendations, milestones, chat replies, and other outputs using large language models. AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, out of date, or biased. They are suggestions — not professional legal, financial, tax, medical, or investment advice.

You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether to act on any AI-generated content before publishing it, sending it to customers, or using it to make business decisions.

Acquiro is a tool to help you plan and operate digital assets. Using it does not guarantee any particular outcome — including revenue, traffic, launches, funding, or the success or survival of any asset you build with it. Any projections or examples inside the product are illustrative, not promises.

You agree not to use Acquiro to:

• Break the law or infringe someone else’s rights.
• Generate or distribute spam, malware, harassment, or content that sexually exploits minors.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Scrape or resell the Service, or use it to build a competing AI-founder product.
• Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-authored where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful.

You own the assets, plans, brand assets, milestones, and other content you create in Acquiro. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content only as needed to operate the Service for you (including sending relevant context to the AI models that power the product). We claim no ownership of your work.

The Service itself — including the software, design, and brand — is owned by us and licensed to you for use under these terms.

Acquiro depends on third parties (for example our authentication, hosting, and AI model providers). Their terms apply to their portion of the Service, and we aren’t responsible for their availability or decisions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” during the beta, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI outputs will be accurate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Acquiro and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption — arising from your use of the Service, even if we’ve been advised of the possibility. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service during the beta is limited to USD $100.

You can stop using Acquiro at any time and request deletion of your account. We can suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if we discontinue the beta. On termination the license to use the Service ends; sections that by nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the effective date above and, when appropriate, communicated in the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
